Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super, die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet, die Küche hatte alles was man braucht, es wurde auf jedes Detail sehr geachtet und die Möbel/Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Es war auch sehr ruhig und wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern sicher gefühlt. es war auch alles sehr sauber und 1 Reinigung pro Monat war auch inklusive, das ist natürlich echt super. Die Kommunikation war super schnell und einfach. Also es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt und wir können es sehr empfehlen.

It was a great stay. The place was as pictured and spacious, and the host was very attentive. It is a family friendly neighborhood and a great location if you have a car. Would def stay here again.

I really loved this place! The decor, layout and details were spot on. Modern, cozy, inviting. Colour code felt L.A. Washrooms have fantastic designs - like a boutique hotel. The bedroom sizes were good with the master bedroom being huge! The Neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Location was central and convenient to basically everything; downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, LAX. The dedicated parking spot was great. 10/10!

We had a great stay at Niah and Owen’s place. The location is very convenient. It is centrally located, making it a great home base to explore the LA area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The rear private parking garage was a great amenity to have. Niah and Owen provided great instructions and recommendations to places to visit and eat in their area. A spot called Palm Grove Social became our morning routine for some delicious coffee and pastries. It’s just a one minute walk away. Access to the unit was very quick and easy with the key pad lock. Inside is where this place shines. Everything was very clean. We loved the esthetic and vibe. A great mix of modern and vintage. The bathrooms felt luxurious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and cozy. Always had a comfortable sleep. Having access to in-suite laundry was a bonus. I would definitely stay with Niah and Owen again! Great hosts! I highly recommend their place.
